Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to learn about our work and reach our team. Here’s how we make that happen, and how to get help if anything gets in your way.

Our Commitment
Impact Web Solutions LLC wants everyone to be able to explore our work, learn about our services and get in touch, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of how we build, on our own site and on the sites we build for clients.
The Standard We Work To
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities.
The Site is partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we’re working through the areas listed in Section 04.
What We’ve Built In
- Keyboard access: menus, dropdowns, buttons and forms can be reached and used with the Tab, Enter and Escape keys.
- Visible focus: a clear outline shows where you are as you move through the page.
- Screen reader support: headings in a logical order, labeled form fields and buttons, named navigation areas, and a mobile menu that announces whether it’s open or closed.
- Text alternatives: images that carry information have descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Readable color: text and buttons are designed for strong contrast against their backgrounds, and color is never the only way information is shown.
- Zoom and small screens: pages reflow to a single column on phones and when zoomed, without sideways scrolling.
- Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the Site turns off its scroll animations.
Known Limitations
We know of the following areas that may not yet fully meet the standard, and we’re working on them:
- Portfolio screenshots: images of client websites show text that may not be fully described in the image’s alternative text. A link to each live site is provided.
- Floating visual effects: some decorative motion on the home page may still be visible on devices that don’t report a reduced-motion setting.
- Older blog posts: some posts written before this redesign may have images without full descriptions or less consistent heading structure.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of the Site come from other companies, such as the Google reCAPTCHA security check on our contact form and links to client websites, plugin directories and social media. Client websites are owned and operated by those clients. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control their content. If anything from a third party gets in your way, let us know and we’ll help another way.
Need Help or Another Format?
You never need to use the website to work with us. Our team can:
- talk through your project and prepare a quote over the phone or by email;
- send proposals, invoices or other documents in a format that works for you, such as large print or plain text;
- take your request directly if a form isn’t working for you.
Call 480-503-4235 or email info@azimpact.com and tell us what you need.
Feedback
If you run into a barrier on this Site, we want to hear about it. Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do and, if you’re comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you use. We’ll get back to you and work to fix the problem.

How We Check
We review accessibility as pages are built and changed: testing with a keyboard alone, checking layouts at phone widths and when zoomed, checking color contrast, and running automated tools such as Google Lighthouse. We review the Site again whenever we make significant changes and update this statement to match.
Accessible Websites for Our Clients
The same practices go into the websites we build for clients. If you’d like an accessibility review of your current site, or want accessibility built into a new one, use our contact form or call 480-503-4235.
About This Statement
This statement was prepared on October 11, 2026 based on a self-assessment of the Site. We’ll update it as we make improvements.
