Privacy Policy
What we collect when you visit azimpact.com or work with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Short version: we only collect what we need, and we never sell it.
We never sell your data
Your information is used to answer you and do the work. It is not sold or rented to anyone.
Only what we need
Our forms ask for what it takes to reply and quote a project. Nothing more.
You’re in control
Ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Who We Are
This policy covers Impact Web Solutions LLC (“IWS,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a web design and development company in Gilbert, Arizona, and our website, azimpact.com (the “Site”).

- Email and phone: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Clients: billing details, website and account logins, and the content and files needed to complete your project.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and the page you submitted a form from, which help us block spam and abuse.
- Standard server and security logs, such as browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
- Information from cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 04.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your questions and prepare quotes.
- Provide, support and bill for the services you’ve engaged us for.
- Protect the Site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
- Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send marketing email to people who have asked to receive it, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: needed for the Site and WordPress to work and stay secure.
- Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, which tells us in aggregate how visitors find and use the Site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the contact form’s security check, may not work without them.
Service Providers We Use
We rely on trusted providers to run the Site and our business. They receive only the information needed to do their job:
- Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions for spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts delivers the Site’s typefaces, which shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
- Email delivery services send our form notifications and messages.
- Web hosting providers store the Site and its data.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate visitor statistics.
How We Share Information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers described above, to operate the Site and our business;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety and that of others;
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, with the information remaining protected by this policy;
- with your permission.
Data We Handle for Clients
When we build, host or maintain a client’s website, we may have access to information stored on that site, such as form submissions, customer accounts or orders. We access it only as needed to perform the services we’ve been hired for, we keep it confidential, and we don’t use it for our own purposes.
Visitors to a client’s website should refer to that site’s own privacy policy, which governs how the client handles their information.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain normal business records. Client and billing records are kept as long as accounting, tax and legal requirements call for. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How We Protect It
The Site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and we keep software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that’s wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, unless we’re required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. To make a request, email info@azimpact.com or call 480-503-4235. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we’ll note significant changes on the Site.
