of Operations He has specialized in marketing research for almost 20 years and adds a dimension of service and quality to I&S normally found at only the largest business organizations. He has served as an Account Executive for Walker Research, after tenure at both Winona Research and Research Information Center, Inc. He has also served as a quality auditor for Proctor and Gambles's central location (mall) studies. He manages all I&S in-house telephone and direct mail research operations. He is adept at all aspects of field tabulations administration, including the establishment of field procedures and standards of operation, data tabulation specifications and insuring that quality control is maintained throughout all projects. |
