JAYANN IS A PROFESSIONAL - My Pledge: I am aware of the market pulse based on current knowledge of demands and values; using effective methods, such as - accurate market advertising, maintaining contact with other Realtors, giving informed responses to prospect inquires and asking the right questions to find buyers who are qualified and motivated to purchase. Another goal of mine is to help the buyer, whether first time or seasoned by many home purchases, to understand local customs and requirements in buying a home. At each phase of service I am there, to coordinate transactions of the buyer, seller, agents, lender, title company, etc. and to follow through during the critical periods of escrow attending to details required to expedite and finalize the legal recording and transfer of ownership.
As education in my chosen career is important to me, I have continued to enhance my value to my clients; receiving my broker's license, completing the Graduate of the Residential Institute (GRI), and 4 years ago becoming a CRS, Certified residential Specialist. The CRS designation is held by about only 5% of all real estate agents. I uphold to the Realtors "Code of Ethics" to treat everyone fairly and honestly, a code I use outside my real estate life.

JAYANN LEADS A BALANCED LIFE - Family, friends and community are very important to me. Kansas is my home state, spent 13 years in the Denver area, where my 3 children were born and have called AZ home since 1978. I have a married son in Jackson Hole, WY. A married daughter in southern CA, who has gifted me a beautiful 1 year old granddaughter named Emily, and a daughter who lives close by in Scottsdale. I am enthusiastically involved in the community; active in the Scottsdale Chamber of commerce, have held various volunteer positions at the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, past board member of Scottsdale Leadership, past board member of the Scottsdale Symphony, life time member of the Girl Scouts, member of the local chapter of American Association of University Women and active in my church and soriety alum group. I attended Kansas State University and have a degree from Arizona State University.
