Dimension and Capacity
Measurements - The size of a BCD™ card is 56mm x 86mm. This is the
standard size of a business card and will fit neatly into a wallet,
filofax, purse etc.
Data Capacity - The maximum data capacity for a BCD™ card is 40MB to
100MB depending on the style of card. Through our experience we have
found this is to be ample for presenting a concise multimedia showcase.
Printing - The creation of the actual BCD™ card artwork can be handled
either by ourselves or by you. If you decide to create the artwork yourself
you MUST contact us to receive the artwork template guide. This will
supply you with all the relevant print specifications.
It is possible to print full color. Additionally it is advisable to
add a white base to the BCD™ card, this will enhance the colors printed
on top.

How do BCD™ cards differ from regular CDs?
There are three differences between a BCD™ card and a regular CD
· Shape - BCD™ card are the same size as a credit card, which
means that they become instantly portable in breast pockets or wallets
· Capacity - BCD™ cards are limited to 40 MB of information,
which is ample space to get a very powerful message across and much
larger than the typical space required for a web site.
· Effectiveness - BCD™ cards are instantly memorable.

of executable programs, text, graphics, photos, audio, video, documents,
spreadsheets, presentations etc.
How much will they cost?
The cost of a BCD™ card is dependent on 3 elements:
· Production of the multimedia
· Design of Label
· Glass mastering and replication - the cost of replication
varies dependent on volumes, the number of colors used in the printing
process and the number of variations to the printed labels

Yes - web site and email links are both possible. The only prerequisite
is that the person viewing a BCD™ card has a connection to the Internet.

Can BCD™ cards be personalized for individuals?
Yes - just like regular business cards, BCD™ cards can be overprinted
with personal details, so your organization could have a standard
card for general use - and any number of personalized cards for use
by senior people
Are BCD™ cards PC and MAC compatible?
Just like any other CD ROM, BCD™ cards can be created to run on both
PC and MAC platforms. They can also be created to auto run, meaning
that all the viewer needs to do is to insert the BCD™ card in their
CD ROM drive and sit back and enjoy!
